You may enter April 5th – 21st at Noon. Six finalists and their nominating letters (chosen by Dispatch – Argus Newsroom staff) will be featured in The Dispatch and The Rock Island Argus on April 28th. Readers may vote Online from the top 6 April 28th – May 5th Noon. 

The fist place winner will get a spa package worth $200 from Turning Leaf Massage & Spa, Moline.

The winner will be contacted by phone or email on or about May 6th 2017 with the information provided with entry and have 7 business days to pick up prize. The Most Magnificent Mom will be profiled in The Dispatch and The Rock Island Argus in a special Mother's Day section on May 13th.
